This workshop is co-hosted by the Foundation and the Center for Leadership Excellence of the Missouri Annual Conference. The workshop will consist of several plenary sessions and small group breakout sessions. Distinguished guest presenters include Dr. Lovett H. Weems, Rev. Dr. F. Douglas Powe, Jr., and Dr. Ann A. Michel.

This essential workshop will address a number of timely topics including ways to address some challenging subjects from the pulpit.

Special attention will be paid to the development of a fall sermon series on generosity.
You’ll also learn (or get a refresher) on foundational preaching skills! You will build practical preaching skills such as: research, relevance, scripture use, delivery, and storytelling.
