Self-Care Strategies for Today’s Uncertainty

October 29, 2020 – 1:00 PM
Webinar

This fall, we are offering several standalone webinars on self-care that will give you some tools for coping with today’s uncertainties. Those tools will also equip you to help your congregants deal with their own uncertainties, whether from economic challenges, the pandemic, upcoming holidays, or the election cycle.

This particular webinar will be on Financial Self-Care in Times of Uncertainty. You’re invited to join us as we discuss why self-care is important (especially right now), the benefits of self-care, and the importance of cultivating resilience. In this webinar, we will review useful skills and strategies for dealing with uncertainty in our financial lives.
