The Clergy and Church Financial Ministry (C2FM) exists to equip clergy and lay leaders to become confident and effective financial leaders within their congregations. When church leaders develop strong financial practices, their congregations become healthier, more vibrant, and better able to serve their communities. Read one Pastor’s story here:
“I am writing to express my deepest gratitude to the Board of Directors, the employees and the generous donors for the grant I received to support my well-being. Your generosity has been a lifeline, helping me navigate not only my tuition fees but also my medical expenses and even my father’s hospital bill. I am humbled and grateful for your kindness, and I feel blessed to have your support during this journey.
As I reflect on my experience, I am reminded of the Israelites’ wilderness journey. Like them, truly I have faced challenges and uncertainties, feeling lonely, lost and thirsty for guidance and provision. At times, it seemed like I was wandering in a barren land, unsure of where the next step would lead. Yet, just as God provided for the Israelites in the wilderness, your grant has been a refreshing oasis in my journey. They are times I felt I was at Marah, bitter and struggling to find sweetness in the midst of challenges, your support acted as a source of healing and hope. And there was a time I felt I was at Rephidim, and felt thirsty and trying searching for water, your grant quenched my thirst and revitalized my spirit. And when I felt like I was dwelling in a manor without direction, your investment in my education has given me a sense of purpose and clarity.
Your support has been a tangible manifestation of God’s love and care in my life. I am thankful for your trust in me and your commitment to empowering individuals like me to achieve their goals. Your generosity will have a lasting impact on my life and the lives of those I will serve in the future. Thank you for being a source of hope and encouragement in my wilderness journey. May God bless you and your team abundantly for your kindness and generosity.“
