Churches & Organizations Ministry Grants

Ministry Grants

Now entering its 50th year of service to Missouri United Methodism, the Foundation grant program continues to grow in size and service  thanks to the generous gifts of donors across our state.  Gifts ranging from large estates to modest memorials continue to build the endowments that generate the grants and scholarships.  (See past issues of the Foundation newsletters and Annual Reviews on this website to meet the people and read the stories behind many of these gifts.)

Twice each year, the Foundation Board receives and considers proposals for ministry projects from United Methodist churches and United Methodist agencies throughout Missouri.  Funding decisions are determined on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on funds available and the merits of each request. Applications must be postmarked by April 1 for Spring consideration or October 1 for Winter consideration.

*You may print the application out and fill in the blanks by hand. To access the fillable form of the application on the computer, click on the link to the right and download the application. You may view the application immediately or save it to your computer. Once it is opened on your computer’s Adobe program you will be able to fill in the form.

If you would like to have a printed version of the application packet mailed to you, please contact the Foundation office.
