C2FM Leadership Change

The Clergy and Church Financial Ministry (C2FM) Program is a vital support for Missouri’s United Methodist UM pastors, their families, and congregations, and since 2020, the program has been led by Rev. Mark Struckhoff. Mark’s ministry in Missouri has included the local church pastorate and leading two dynamic non-profit service organizations (Rainbow Network and the Ozarks Council of Churches). His time at C2FM has been a deeply meaningful opportunity to give back to his professional colleagues and nurture a new generation of pastors.

Mark has been a true pastor to our pastors! To date, total grant, gift and operational support from all sources into C2FM has exceeded $3.5 Million. The program has distributed over $1.6 Million in grants to 346 clergy, and provided coaching, education and other services to an average of 298 pastors per year since 2016.

The past several months, Mark has been preparing for retirement at the end of 2025, but personal commitments conspired to move that date forward to November 1. Mark writes, “I will miss the ministry of the Foundation and the people that we serve, but I’m excited for the Foundation’s future! I have been inspired by the support and encouragement of my Foundation and C2FM colleagues, board members, volunteers, and donors across Missouri and beyond.”

Mark leaves the program in very able hands. C2FM’s current Associate Director, Chris Bouchard, will step in as our Interim Director. Chris was the original C2FM program director at its beginning in 2016 and has remained our lead coach to clergy. Chris directed the Small Business Development Centers in Missouri for 24 years, and has continued to expand his coaching and counseling expertise through involvement in higher education, local charitable organizations and his church (Presbyterian (USA).
