Resilient Leadership: A Mission Imperative for Church Leaders

Resilience is a quality that is key to effectiveness in any leadership role. Leaders who steward churches through disruption must be resilient themselves and able to inspire resilience in others. This webinar explores the qualities, traits and skills of resilient leaders—the very type of leaders that modern churches require. Learn what you can do to become a leader who helps others “bounce back” from risks you were unable to avoid and what you can do to inspire a “learn-it-all” culture that finds valuable lessons in failure, mistakes, and near misses.

This webinar is ideal for pastors, staff focusing on discipleship, church leadership and stewardship ministry teams.
